An experiential weekend 'Introduction to Shamanism', where participants will be introduced to the fundamental principles of cross cultural shamanism, engaging with its application in daily life, whilst deepening a personal connection to nature, the ancient ways and restoration of spiritual power.

Arrival: Friday 5th March from 2.30 pm onwards. Commencing with group evening meal
Departure - Sunday 7th March early afternoon.

Weekend content:
Introduction to Cross-Cultural Shamanism and Shamanic Drumming
The Shamanic Journey - meeting your spirit animal
Introduction to Shamanic Healing - retrieving a power animal for others.
Introduction to the elements and medicine wheel.
Connecting to nature - meditative woodland and omen walks.
Weather permitting we will hold an outside fire ceremony with drum circle and myth.

* It's not necessary to own your own drum but please bring one along if you are able.
